Driin will not partner with any more companies as the fund has closed.

Driin' strategy was aiming to partner with companies which:

  • have laser-focus in the business
  • are run by people we respect and like on a personal level
  • drive their company like a taxi (incur expenses only when the increase revenue
  • have solutions to solve the issues that disrupt their customers' sleep at night

  • are flexible enough to cope with the fast changes of our times

In creating your business plan, we advise you to look into and also put together a small presentation with the following structure:

  • Company Purpose - Define the company/business in a SINGLE declarative sentence
  • Problem & Solution - Describe the problem and the solution you offer. Show how your customer deals with it today and how you are going to do it better
  • Market Size - Who is your customer and what is the market potential?
  • Competition - Who are you going to compete with (when you launch and in the future)?
  • Product/Service - Describe your Product/Service and its main features (a demo or Work in Progress Live Version is highly appreciated) and what intellectual property you have on it
  • Business Model Revenues, Costs, Customers (existing and in pipeline), Sales & distribution model, Marketing Plan

Also include:

  • Team Bios of whoever is involved
  • Financial P&L, Cash-flow & Balance Sheet
